Jacks of London accepts returns within 28 days of receipt: unopened, unused items with intact packaging and seals are refundable; customers pay return postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged, in which case items will be replaced free and return postage refunded. Faulty items will be replaced with the same product or refunded to the original card if unavailable; refunds to the original card can take at least two billing cycles.
