Mimmos Barbers, established in 1966 and located on Greyhound Walk in The Galleries, Bristol (next to Cabot Circus), is a welcoming, friendly and dynamic barber shop offering modern and traditional services—up-to-date fashionable styles cut with scissors-and-comb techniques and clippers. In The Galleries since 1991, they stock a wide range of specialist products from shaving brushes and soaps to hair gels and waxes; the team includes owner-manager Luigi (apprenticed at 15, NVQ levels 1–3, proprietor since 21) and senior barber Enzo with 37 years’ experience.
