Jacksons is Hucknall's favourite hairdressers and barber shop since 1964, offering cuts for all ages and styles in a fully air-conditioned shop with friendly staff and excellent pricing. Founded by Frank Jackson on a motto of quality haircuts at a reasonable price without long waits, Martyn Abbott (joined 1985, trained by Andrew Hoy and Frank) built a strong reputation as an excellent barber, trained many apprentices, and took over when Frank retired in December 2008, continuing the same principles that have made Jacksons successful over 46 years.
