305 Barber Co. is a community-focused St Albans barbershop founded in 2024 by Paul, who brings over 24 years in the hair industry (Kerastase ambassador, Vidal Sassoon Master Cutting Course) and moved into barbering in 2014 after working with Headcase Barbers. He is joined by Matt (with the business since 2016; Level 3, L’Oréal Colour Technician, Barbercide certified) — appointments with Matt are in high demand — and Euan, a 2024 London School of Barbering graduate (Levels 1–3) who is building a returning client base.
