Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 July 2026
1. Who we are
The Barber Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and the associated application (together, the “Service”): a directory that helps customers discover barbers across the UK by their style, skill and price list.
2. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
3. The Service
The Service is provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove features of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted.
4. Accounts
Where the Service allows you to create an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe breach these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- do anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful to others;
- upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes anyone else's rights;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its data.
We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably consider it necessary.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as profile details, portfolios and listings). By submitting it, you give us permission to host, display and share it as part of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit.
7. Barbers are independent
The Barber Hub is a directory. Barbers and shops listed on the Service are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Any appointment, service or payment arranged between a customer and a barber is solely between those parties, and we are not responsible for it.
8. Our content
The Service's branding, design, software and the compilation of its directory data belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or your dealings with any barber or shop listed on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any disputes.
